The mission of the Ball State University Young Alumni Council (YAC) is to foster a culture of engagement and giving by sparking nostalgia, driving young alumni engagement through time, talent, and treasure, and educating current students on becoming active young alumni.
455 Young Alumni Council Student Leadership Scholarship
The YAC established its Student Leadership Scholarship to recognize a Ball State University upperclassman who has immersed themselves in the life and culture of Ball State. Your gift today helps support students by providing them with financial assistance and opportunities to grow both personally and professionally.
Last year on OBSD, the scholarship received 36 gifts, totaling $1,956.
This year, the goal is to raise $2,000 for the scholarship!
The YAC has four challenges this year:
- If the YAC raises $500, members of the YAC will post a nostalgic photo from their undergrad at BSU.
- If the YAC raises $1,000, YAC President Giang Petroviak will get a pie to the face.
- If the YAC receives 45 gifts, local YAC members will sing karaoke of the Ball State fight song!
