About University Libraries
Ball State University Libraries is working harder than ever to serve our students, faculty, and community in a safe environment. From an increase in virtual instruction and research consultations to safe handling of circulating print and physical collections, we are meeting learners and researchers wherever they are to provide transformative information resources and experiences.
Over the past year University Libraries has brought awareness to Open Educational Resources and library services and resources as a part of the textbook affordability at Ball State (TABS) program in order to assist in lowering the cost of attending the University. We have also been offering monthly virtual events as a part of the Virtual Lunch and Learn Series in which Ball State faculty members’ research is highlighted, showing the connection between University Libraries and faculty development. University Libraries has also been instrumental in the Reel Inclusion film series which provides a forum for discussion and collaboration regarding social and human rights topics.
The Libraries is a place for everyone, and we appreciate your support as we continue welcoming our campus community to access and use our resources, spaces, technologies, and expertise to advance their learning journey.
