Student Center and Programs


The L.A. Pittenger Student Center provides a safe, inclusive atmosphere to foster community and create memorable experiences.

Your gift, no matter the size, can make a real difference. Together, we can ensure the L.A. Pittenger Student Center continues to be a vibrant hub, a gathering place for students, and a cherished landmark for generations of Ball State Cardinals.

Contributions made to The L.A. Pittenger Student Center will support:

  • Technology Upgrades: Foster innovation and collaboration with modern learning spaces equipped for digital tools and multimedia presentations.
  • Enhanced Accessibility: Ensure everyone feels welcome and empowered with inclusive design features and assistive technologies.
  • Revitalized Gathering Spaces: Create vibrant, modern areas for students to connect, relax, and build community.

 

Student Center Programs

The Office of Student Center Programs (formerly Late Nite @ Ball State and the University Programming Board) offers an array of fun and interactive events that are engaging and diverse. Through our events, BSU students can foster a holistic student experience, encompassing basic needs, social connections, and well-being. 

Contributions made to Student Center Programs will support:

  • Positive Impacts on Programming: Support our ability to provide quality, alcohol alternative programming to the entire campus.
  • Enhance Creativity: Ensure our students have the resources they need to continue putting on innovative and fun events such as, Grocery Bingo, Back to School Bash, Trivia nights, Friday Night Filmworks, and more! 
  • Student Connections: Allow students to grow their inner circles around the campus and meet new people at events, and allow our staff to have retreats where they are better able to connect with each other to enhance the workspace. 

Donating to Student Center Programs would make a huge difference in the lives of our students. Together, we can ensure that student programming continues to be an important and vital part of the campus community.
