Help strengthen the impact of the Office of Inclusive Excellence (OIE) with your contribution this One Ball State Day!

The Office of Inclusive Excellence at Ball State University works to build a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members of our community.

The office supports and advocates for:

  • Diverse community engagement
  • Inclusive excellence competency-building
  • Support and advocacy
  • Partnerships and resources 

Your gift helps support students, faculty, and staff by advocating for inclusive excellence and honoring the intrinsic worth of every member of the community.

Your gift is a vote of confidence in the progress OIE has made to advance diversity, equity, inclusion, access, and belonging on campus. For the eighth consecutive year, Ball State has received a Higher Education Excellence in Diversity (HEED) Award from “INSIGHT Into Diversity,” the oldest and largest diversity magazine and website in higher education. The HEED Award recognizes U.S. colleges and universities that demonstrate an outstanding commitment to diversity and inclusion. Your support will help secure the foundation for continued progress for our campus and community.
