Man 2 Men
Man 2 Men is a mentorship program designed to empower and support Black and Hispanic men by providing academic, leadership, and professional opportunities. The overarching goal is to help students matriculate and graduate with high academic achievement and preparedness for post-graduate life.
REACH
REACH (Retain, Engage, Aspire, Connect, Help) Peer Mentoring program focuses on the experiences of students of color and first-generation college students. First-year students are paired with returning student mentors who serve as a resource and a support person. The REACH program fosters identity, academic and social engagement, and personal development.
Social Justice Immersive Learning Experience
The Social Justice Immersive Learning Experience will include three-day experiential seminars focused on exploring social justice issues, and career opportunities exist for students passionate about a variety of issues. The itinerary consists of engaging conversations and experiences with experts across government, academia, and industry.
Multicultural Leadership Workshop
The Multicultural Leadership Workshop is an introductory workshop offered by the Multicultural Center to all Ball State students. This program gives students the opportunity to engage in formal education on the basics of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
