Young Alumni Council

The mission of the Ball State University Young Alumni Council (YAC) is to foster a culture of engagement and giving by sparking nostalgia, driving young alumni engagement through time, talent, and treasure, and educating current students on becoming active young alumni.

455 Young Alumni Council Student Leadership Scholarship

The YAC established its Student Leadership Scholarship to recognize a Ball State university upperclassman who has immersed themselves in the life and culture of Ball State.  Your gift today helps support students by providing them with financial assistance and opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. 

 The YAC has four challenges this year: 

  1. If the YAC raises $500, members of the YAC will post their BSU Graduation Picture
  2. If the YAC raises $1,000, YAC President Betsy Mills will get a pie to the face
  3. If the YAC raises $2,250, local YAC members will jump into the Frog Baby Fountain
  4. If the YAC hits 50 total gifts, members of the YAC will post an embarrassing picture from their undergraduate years
