Inclusive Excellence
Help strengthen the impact of diversity by supporting the Office of Inclusive Excellence.

Join the Office of Inclusive Excellence for #OneBallState. Donations to the fund for Inclusive Excellence provides an opportunity for alumni to share their commitment to Inclusive Excellence for our campus and community.

Imagine the impact diversity has on Ball State students now and in the future.

From faculty to coursework and programming, the role diversity plays is significant and can be life-changing. The Inclusive Excellence office, IE,  at Ball State University is working to build a diverse faculty to foster the representation of diversity – including race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, and sexual orientation – and enrich intellectual diversity that will prepare our students for work in a global society.

You can help strengthen the impact of diversity on our students by supporting the Office of Inclusive Excellence.

Your gift is a vote of confidence in the progress IE is has made to increase diversity on campus. Ball State was recently the recipient of the HEED award, the only national award honoring U.S. colleges and universities that demonstrate an outstanding commitment to diversity and inclusion. Your support will help secure the foundation for continued progress on campus that our students will carry with them after graduation.

Successful performance in today's diverse workforce requires sensitivity to human differences and the ability to relate to people from different cultural backgrounds. The investment you make in IE today will bring increased diversity, opportunities, and success for faculty, staff, and students for generations to come.

Thank you!
