One Ball State Day is becoming a tradition which inspires and unites the University community. During this time of national and world-wide crisis, that has never been truer. The Miller College of Business is incredibly proud of the passion and resilience of our Ball State students. Should you feel compelled to support the next generation of Cardinal alumni, please consider a gift to the Jack Beyerl Student Emergency Aid fund on One Ball State Day. Funds to specifically support Miller students are listed for your consideration as well. From the bottom of our hearts, and on behalf of every student, thank you.
The Department of Information Systems and Operations Management (ISOM) offers four majors: business analytics, computer information systems (CIS), computer technology (CT), and logistics and supply chain management (LSCM), which influence every corner of this information technology age. With our majors, students experience hands-on activities and immersive courses with professionally connected organizations. Student-led teams explore leading-edge technology and management approaches. Our students have access to the Network Security Lab and Cluster Computing Lab—a very unique experience in a college of business.
We prepare our graduates for in-demand roles in every industry from government and finance to manufacturing and healthcare. Students learn by doing. They dig into real-world problems alongside business leaders through immersive courses and internships tailored to students’ career goals and personal interests. Donations will be used to support our students by covering their travel expense, food, and supplies while participating in case competitions, and the costs associated with guest speakers, awards events, devices for augmented technical learning, a 4D printer, and scholarships. Together we will put our students on the best path. Please join us to help our Cardinals fly!
