Because of Ball State, every Cardinal's journey has a strong start.

Enrollment Planning and Management (EPM) supports the full student lifecycle - from prospective student outreach through enrollment and transition to campus. Our dedicated teams in Admissions, Cardinal Central, Financial Aid and Scholarships, and Registrar walk alongside students at every step of their journey and beyond.

Through recruitment, student-centered service, and strong campus collaboration, these teams work together to remove barriers and help every Cardinal start strong and stay on track.

On this One Ball State Day, we invite you to support the area that speaks most to your passion for student success. Because of Ball State and supporters like you, students gain access to opportunities, guidance, and a community that helps them thrive.

With your donation to Enrollment Planning & Management, you will join us in supporting programs like Cardinal Central and the business of being a student.

Cardinal Central—Ball State’s integrated, student-focused service center—is a convenient, one-stop location for business processes, resources, and information for students and their families.

Throughout the year, Cardinal Central hosts a variety of student-centered events demystifying financial aid, billing, and registration.

Cardinal Central events help students build essential life skills and support our core values, including:

  • Financial Literacy and Planning
  • Critical Thinking and Decision Making
  • Perseverance Toward Graduation

By providing students the opportunity to develop sustainable financial practices at our events, we are building socially responsible students who will take these skills with them to graduation and beyond.

We all know how stressful managing our finances can be, and typically those students who express financial stress also both report that they are less likely to search for help and less self-efficient when faced with financial health problems. That’s why our events are designed to remove these barriers by providing a safe, low-stakes environment for students to learn.

Because of Ball State and supporters like you, Cardinals have access to the resources and support they need to make informed financial decisions.

Don’t just take our word for it! Here's what our students had to say:

“Thank you again for your guidance and for making such a meaningful difference in my education!”

“This generous support will allow me to focus more on my studies at Ball State University.”

"We are grateful for your generosity in sharing your time and experience with us, and you exemplified the collaborative Ball State campus environment you described in your presentation."

"My team and I wanted to extend our sincere appreciation for taking the time to join us at our event yesterday. We truly appreciate you sharing such important information about FAFSA with our club members; it was incredibly helpful and valuable."

"You have helped me immensely in navigating this stressful situation. Your knowledge, grace, and communication are much appreciated!"
