Our programs and services focus on assisting students with the development of the knowledge and skills needed for success in the collegiate environment. As a hub for student academic support, University College houses first-year and major academic advising, Student Athlete Support Services, the Learning Center, Student Success Coaching, and the first-year experience. Using a framework of student success that is grounded in care, identity consciousness, and helping students build a sense of belonging at Ball State, each of these service areas work collaboratively to provide a menu of services for students. University College promotes academic excellence and instills in our students a sense of personal responsibility and commitment to their long-term success.
