Fraternity and Sorority Life

Greek Life Programming Fund

The Greek Life Programming fund is committed to empowering student leaders and fostering educational growth within the fraternity and sorority community, both on and off campus. Through this fund, we aim to create meaningful opportunities for impactful programming at Ball State University, such as National Hazing Prevention Week and Sexual Assault Awareness. Additionally, we will continue our partnership with DYAD to collect valuable data on campus life, using these insights to enhance the overall student experience. The fund also supports sending students to transformative conferences like the Association of Fraternal Leadership and Values Central Conference (AFLV), which play a key role in their leadership development.

By contributing to this fund, you are helping shape the next generation of leaders. Your support strengthens initiatives that develop leadership skills, promote service-driven projects, and provide vital educational experiences. With your help, members of the fraternity and sorority community will have access to the resources and opportunities they need to grow both personally and professionally, making a lasting impact on campus and beyond.

National Pan-Hellenic Council Plaza (NPHC)

In an effort to foster awareness, the National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) at Ball State University seeks to create the NPHC Plaza. This dedicated space will raise visibility for the NPHC, showcasing its rich cultural heritage and appealing both aesthetically and symbolically to prospective students and their families.

The construction of the NPHC Plaza aims to enhance the campus environment while aligning with the University’s educational mission and master plan. It will serve as a lasting symbol of Ball State’s commitment to honoring its traditions and preserving them for future generations. By creating a tangible space that reflects the experiences of all students, the plaza will help foster a deeper connection between students and the institution they love.

Historically, NPHC organizations have built similar plazas across college campuses, treating them as sacred spaces that embody the values and legacy of each fraternity and sorority. The NPHC Plaza at Ball State will add to the rich experience of fraternity and sorority life on campus. The NPHC’s mission is to promote a positive and enriching environment for all students.
