Last year we asked you to give to all students through the Student Emergency Aid Fund, and you responded in a way that made us proud and encouraged generosity across campus and around the world. Thank you!
This year, we are asking you to help prepare students for what comes next. With creativity and kindness, History and Social Studies Teaching majors have continued to learn, built amazing things, and seized fantastic opportunities – even amid the pandemic. This year we are fundraising for our new Student Travel and Research Fund, which will help students share their work with an audience beyond our university.
The Student Travel and Research Fund will provide grants to pay conference fees, travel costs, and support research. Teaching students how to fly, requires funding that lets them soar. Together we can help students be part of a larger conversation.
If you aren’t in a position to give right now, no problem. We understand.
But if you are in a position to give, we hope that you will invest in History and Social Studies Teaching students today to prepare for tomorrow.
Thank you for your commitment to Ball State University.
